After mould designing , material choosing and formulation , production process of rubber parts will be done in tow stages . First , compound making : according to the situation , in which the part is to be used , skilled chemist will prepare suitable formulation then needful materials are compound through mill and Banburi . Second , parts production : our production unit has equipped hydraulic presses in a capacity range of 40 to 1000 tons , by which all kinds of rubber article , in various size and form can be produced .

This unit has a series of modern moulds , about 6000 , which are made through CNCs machines . Production possibility of different rubber articles not only in a huge amount but in a short time is one of the most obvious properties of this kind of mould .
Buffing unit is a part in production unit in which Deflashers buff and deflash productions . This is done in a very short period of time .
